UPDATE: According to the tweet below, Samurai Jack will be 10 episodes and presented as a 5-hour film with a much darker, and more adult tone, and will serve as closure to the series.

The 2nd Tweet reveals that despite the 50 year gap, Jack doesn't appear to have aged at all and that will be one of the show's mysteries.

2nd UPDATE: with new pics. Also according to the tweet, what is presented are only storyboards for the Opening Sequence as the animation itself isn't finished. Expect the series to premiere late this year if not early next year.

3rd UPDATE: Even MORE pics plus some rough sketches of what Jack looks like now and another pic of him in Samurai Armor and riding the motorcycle.
4th Update: Even more pics from this year's SDCC. Also, the series' release is delayed to 2017, according to Tartakovsky. We also see perhaps the first HUMAN death in the series.
