WBB Creator Q&A Highlights
At the request of TRAFON (The Rise & Fall of Nickelodeon), here's some bits of info regarding WBB from creator Daniel Chong after he answered some question of the show from fans on Twitter (with appropriate links included):
- There aren't that many episodes done. So as a result, the finished ones will be aired sporadically.

- The team is currently writing new episodes, going up to Season 3.

- He admits it was challenging to write episodes featuring Chloe, so it would be even more if a spin-off series starring here were to be made.

- Many of the episodes/scenes/characters in the series are loosely based of Daniel Chong's life. For instance Chloe was named after his girlfriend's niece, who suffers from autism.

- If the writing is very good, he would consider adding additional Bears to the show besides the main three.

- They are still working on expanding the lore on Grizzly's past in connection with the Burrito episode. For now, the focus is on the origins of Ice Bear and Panda.

- More Baby Bears

- Even the creator has NO idea where the hell the Bears get their money from!

- Expect some WBB merchandise by 2017

- He's not sure of a potential crossover with another CN show.

- X-mas Episode

- He was totally unaware of Shirokuma Cafe, which also features Three Bears. So the similarities are a complete coincidence. He is heavily inspired by the works of Studio Ghibli.

- Other inspirations include Wallace & Gromit, Peanuts, and even Seinfeld.

- Chong left Pixar due to the stress and prolonged length of time it takes to produce a film, and he wanted to make his own work.
