It's worth noting that this was when the show was still in its early stages and thus was first called "Mikey Murphy's Law" before the name was changed to Milo. Also the assumption that MML will be just as successful and as long as P&F.
I'm not saying whatever Dan Povenmire said with regards to MML's ties to P&F are real (granted he said 'in his mind', and doesn't officially say it is within the same universe), but given the recent restructuring of Disney's Animation Studio to save money and earn larger profits, for MML to address within the show itself to be tied to P&F and to have a potential crossover, it has to be just as successful and just as long. Otherwise, like Wander Over Yonder, MML will only be around for 2 seasons. To date, Star vs The Forces of Evil is the only animated series under Disney to go beyond 2 seasons.
