JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Diamond is Unbreakable Ep. 32 Thoughts

Last time on Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Yoshihiro Kira created three new Stand Users in his campaign to wipe out the Joestars and their allies looking for his son, Yoshikage, now under the guise of Kosaku Kawajiri. The episode continues the assault from the three Stand Users on the day of July 15th.

First off, is the conclusion of the battle between the team of Josuke, Okuyasu, and Mikitaka, against new Stand User Kanedaichi and his Stand "Superfly". I always wonder if there is a limit to what Superfly's ability can do, being able to reflect any attack against it back at the user.

In other words, what would happen if Superfly was in Dragon Ball Super and was hit with the full force of Beerus's Sphere of Destruction? Would it redirect it back at him?

Anyhow, Josuke has found a way of using Superfly to his advantage and ultimately defeating Kanedaichi, and Josuke has acquired a new ally to his party. This is something I think feels so underrated in JoJo, in which a number of former enemies of the Joestars end up joining them and helping them out. Compared to Dragon Ball Super, those that join the Joestars in JoJo do contribute to the narrative and can hold on their own in battle. So these characters are given their time to shine and feel as equally important as the main cast.

Now we are left with the two remaining Stand Users. One is Masazo Kinoto, who creepily approaches Rohan Kishibe's mansion without ever showing his back, for some reason. I would assume that the stand is hidden in Masazo's back and Rohan foolishly wants to see it.

Meanwhile, Josuke and new ally Yuya Fungami must take on Terunosuke Miyamoto, who was responsible for the disappearance of Koichi and attacking Josuke's mother, with a Stand whose name fits with its behavior - Enigma (Misterioso in the translation, because copyright).

For a series that starts off a bit light-hearted, it dropped to a very suspenseful tone that makes JoJo a great series to watch and how it influenced many in the manga and anime industry. The arc is still far from over and the next episode just can't come soon enough.
